You are able to place an order (a) through our website www.ametronart.com or (b) through our mail firstname.lastname@example.org. We always confirm your order via an e-mail. You are able to cancel your order within 24 hours via e-mail.
Payment for your order can be made through bank deposit/transfer to a bank account we will sent you during your contact with our representative. Your deposit/transfer should be deposited in the bank account within 2 days, starting from the date of expression of interest about the specific artwork, otherwise the order will be cancelled and the artwork will be available to the public again.
Bank commission of the deposit/transfer will fully financially burden the customer.
Right of Cancellation
After the purchase of an artwork, you are able to return it within 10 calendar days after the day your parcel was delivered. Within this time, you are able to return the product and refunded or purchase something else, always provided that the product would be accompanied by the receipt or the gift card. In case of change or return, the costumer is not burden by extra charges, except for the shipping charges.
Products are acceptable only if they are in a good condition during their arrival. In all the above cases, the return of the product is carried out under the customer’s responsibility.
The available artwork, displayed on the website of ametron [art space], are for sale and are sent to all countries, at the service of our worldwide public. Your order is delivered into a specific package at the address you have indicated.
-Shipment processing to Greek Territory is carried out with our courier within 5 business days, starting from the day that your deposit of the corresponding payment of money to our bank account is confirmed.
-Shipment processing inside the European Union is carried out within 10 business days, starting from the day that your deposit of the corresponding payment of money to our bank account is confirmed.
-Shipment processing outside the European Union is carried out within 15 business days, starting from the day that your deposit of the corresponding payment of money to our bank account is confirmed.
The shipping charges depend on the address you have chosen and the weight/dimensions of the work and burden the buyer.

The condition of the product, namely that it is received in a good condition and isn’t defective or damaged. Do not accept any product whose package is destroyed or the artwork isn’t in a good condition. In case you accept the delivery and sign the courier’s corresponding contract, you automatically accept that the product is in a good condition and it corresponds to your order. In any case, if we are not informed within 1 business day, starting from the day the work was received, that it does not correspond to the one that was ordered, return is not accepted and we are relieved of any responsibility to the customer.
For the order of some specific products there are some special terms. For example some artwork might be exhibited, artwork that might need extra time for construction or the artist might have commitments such as participating in other exhibitions etc, so the delivery schedule is changed. In that case, the customer will be informed for the estimated delivery time at the beginning of the order and in case of acceptance, the order will be continued. The ametron [art space] might modify some provisions of the general terms from time to time. It is necessary to check these terms every time you visit our website. Every time you confirm your order, you fully accept the general terms of sale and the conditions of use that are described.
