Evdoxia is a Greek artist originally from Crete, based in Paris. She is a member of the Chamber of Visual Arts of Greece. Her work lies at the intersection of drawing and sculpture, exploring the line as an active element in space. She has presented exhibitions and performances in Greece, France, Spain, Belgium, and Germany, and her works are included in private collections internationally. She is represented by Galerie Wagner and Galerie Univer in Paris, Galerie Murmure in Colmar (France), and Galerie Christine Colon in Liège (Belgium).
Evdoxia’s practice develops around the line as an active element in space, shifting it from contour to presence. She does not use the line to describe forms, but to organize intensities, rhythms, and relations. Through installations situated between drawing and sculpture, she constructs three-dimensional structures in which emptiness acts as a structural element. These constructions define variations of density and rarefaction.
Emerging from a reflection rooted in mathematics, her practice evolves toward an open approach where rhythm, repetition, and sequence become compositional tools. Light introduces variations, generating unstable and temporal forms. Geometry operates as an organising device without forming a closed system. Her work produces conditions in which line, light, and space enter into tension.
“Driven by the research of the link between geometry and abstract thought, Evdoxia weaves together the dimensions of space, unfolding her artistic vision across multiple planes and inviting the viewer to a meeting with the essence of time.”
